Mentoring is the vehicle that will help your organization make the following transformations:
Disconnected, unmotivated employees → dynamic, engaged team members
Conflicting, ineffective organizations → synergistic, productive teams
Our services equip individuals with the skills they need for successful mentoring relationships. We guarantee that if people use our 5 Skills of Mentoring, relationships will be effective.
Mentor Leadership Team's 3G approach provides a solution for organizations who seek to address interpersonal conflict and maximize organizational impact by working across differences. The 3G's are the three primary interpersonal differences that often lead to unproductive conflict and under-realized potential: generational distinctions, global diversity and gender differences.
Innovation is the necessary ingredient for any company that hopes to keep up with the quickly developing global market. A key ingredient for innovation is collaboration. We can teach you the steps you can take to move your team from under-performing to collaborative and highly effective.

Years ago when Marsha and Liz worked together in sales, they couldn’t have imagined that they would one day work together to transform corporate cultures. Today Marsha brings to MLT a passion for helping leaders who recognize a need for mentoring but have no idea how to do it, by equipping them with the tools they need to see long-term transformation.
Marsha is a true leader and sets an example for all of us in her selfless, humble attitude and her high standards for ethics and hard work. She challenges us all to continue to raise the bar. Additionally, Marsha has a unique way of seeing and making connections between people which has given her an ability to bridge gaps between gender, generational and global differences. As a result, Marsha brings great perspective and guidance to MLT’s client facing strategies.
Outside of MLT, Marsha jumps at the chance to spend time in the garden and in the majestic mountains of Colorado. Some of Marsha’s favorite time is that spent with her husband, family and grandchildren.

“Simplifying the complex. Creating value in people. Leading with passion. These are qualities that keep bringing our diverse, national group back to Liz Selzer for her expert professional services. Clear, concise, intelligent communication is always Dr. Selzer’s leading card. She is a subject matter expert we rely on heavily in developing our nationwide mentoring project.”

"We hired Liz to develop & facilitate a training session for our mentees & mentors, as we launched a pilot mentoring program at Newalta. Feedback from all attendees was extremely positive in terms of content, flow, & duration. They say that a picture paints a 1,000 words, & Liz certainly takes advantage of this through the numerous varied real life stories she tells to make a point. She’s very well informed, a terrific presenter, & all around “good people” to work with. ﾠWe liked her so much we hired her to provide a one-hour presentation via webinar to employees across Canada & the US. The topic was the differences between mentoring, coaching, sponsorship, & managing... We’ll hire her again."
– Marina Franco
Director of Procurement, Newalta Corporation
“Liz is a dedicated, responsive teacher/trainer who’s passion comes across to everyone she works with. She doesn’t just teach rules, but by example motivates leaders to become better leaders.ﾠ Perhaps her greatest skill is to help non-leaders become leaders. I know from testimonies that many students felt she showed them how they were already leaders in their professional and personal lives."
– Kevin Storatz
Director/Center Coordinator, Colorado Christian University
“Liz is continuously focusing on the importance of mentoring and its applications which are necessary activities to enable individuals to be successful in developing and fulfilling their dreams.ﾠ With my experience in life, except for an understanding of proper mentoring activities, there is no other active process that enables individuals to properly understand what they are doing to successfully move forward. Liz is an educated and intelligent mentoring resource and activator. I see on a regular basis that mentoring education and development for others is a very large part of her entire life.”
– Richard E. Caruso,ﾠPh.D.
President/CEO Integra Medical Systems
Ernst & Young Entrpreneur of the Year 2006

– Peggy Sperling

"M.A.D. Radio gets into topics in a thoughtful manner. Dr. Liz and Amanda, you guys are doing a great job and are covering substantial things. I really enjoy the message you have to give. Liz, you are all over the world trying to change hearts and minds. It is important work. I hope the workplace appreciates it as much as I do. It's critical."

"MLT was a picture-perfect fix when we were looking for a motivational presenter for our company’s Woman’s Initiative for Networking and Success (WINS) group. Liz worked closely with our WINS board in order to tailor her presentation to our desired theme. The event was empowering and received excellent ratings from the attendees.
I would recommend MLT’s expertise to business professionals in organizations big and small. I will not hesitate to utilize them again in the future."
