Amanda Dreher, Esq

Chief Creative Officer, MLT

Director, Mentoring Initiatives, UIF

When Amanda met Liz in early 2008, they began dreaming of what would one day be Mentor Leadership Team. From day one, Amanda has been the creative mind behind MLT’s resources. Fueled by a passion to equip and empower leaders to create a dynamic leadership culture within their own organizations, Amanda strives to push herself and the MLT team to continuous innovation.

Amanda has a powerful combination of experience and knowledge. Her background as an attorney coupled with her creative approach give her a unique perspective to strategy, training and product development. Prior to Mentor Leadership Team, Amanda held a senior leadership position in an international nonprofit that focused on providing leadership development training and resources. In this position she worked to develop the strategy for leveraging various vehicles of communication such as social media, web applications, video, radio, print and live events to equip those she served. Amanda’s knowledge and skills drive the ongoing design and production of MLT training materials, resources, radio programming and products. Amanda has authored a number of articles, speaks nationally and is the co-host of MLT’s radio series, M.A.D. (Mentoring Across Differences Radio).

An alumnus of the University of Denver Sturm School of Law, Amanda earned her JD degree with an emphasis in mediation and alternative dispute resolution because she is passionate about helping people and organizations navigate conflict to reach new heights of success.

When she’s not at work with MLT, Amanda is dedicated to her volunteer work with organizations that empower women, children and families to step more fully into their purpose and potential. Amanda’s favorite activities are those she can do with her husband and their two daughters. Amanda is truly at home in the great outdoors, yet, she equally enjoys a day at home entertaining, reading or doing anything creative.
